Rosemary Armstrong has been designing her gloriously feminine clothing for 25 years. She uses indulgent fabrics created by small European mills with whom she works closely. She has been afforded the rare privilege of viewing the archives of one of Europes most coveted lace producers & has designed many of her own fabric styles.
